You’ll start by checking dock activity and the day’s workflow, then shift between the floor and the office—answering quick questions, redirecting priorities, and keeping the operation moving when donations surge. Throughout the day you’ll touch base with team members and volunteers, spot‑check item flow and space organization, and review tracking notes to keep decisions clear and timely. You’ll also coordinate with store/program partners as loads move out, making sure the pace stays steady and the environment remains safe, orderly, and respectful for everyone who enters the warehouse.
