Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Warehouse Manager in the United States (Allen, TX) to oversee safe receipt, storage and timely dispatch of goods. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, operations efficiency and adherence to health and safety standards.

The candidate will lead daily PO processing, manage receiving, and supervise staff while coordinating with customer service to resolve shipment issues. A background in logistics and hands-on warehouse management is required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
• 2–5 years of Supply Chain/Warehouse and Management experience.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management platforms and Inventory systems.
• Computer applications using MS Office especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily processing of Purchase Orders and Stock Purchase Orders in Macola to ensure Order Close.
• Ensure product is warehoused and dispatched to picking line within prescribed time frame.
• Manage receiving, inventory control & returns, and monitor Direct and True Bins for accurate inventory.
• Assist with expediting customer service orders and monitoring orders and inventory for order completion.
• Input data, provide training, supervise staff, oversee workflow and resolve problems.
• Enforce proper use and maintenance of Instawarehouse equipment and ensure proper delivery and pickup of inventory.
• Ensure Instawarehouse is properly staffed during normal business hours and maintain clean facilities.
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork to meet productivity targets.
