Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of related warehouse operations experience.
• Warehousing/Imports-Exports experience preferred.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, CTPAT, and Warehouse Management systems.
• Advanced Spanish and English communication skills.
• People management experience preferred.
• Advanced computer skills including Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure essential warehouse processes are executed accurately.
• Proactively identify and communicate issues; propose and implement improvements.
• Resolve conflicts and solve problems.
• Develop and distribute customer and internal performance reports.
• Monitor team performance and accountability for key duties.
• Ensure facility maintenance and manage external providers for safety and condition.
• Implement and enforce safety and security standards.
• Deliver cost savings and containment to customers and Uber Freight.
• Utilize internal high-service, fair, cost-competitive services to meet goals.
