UPS is seeking a warehouse supervisor to supervise package handlers, train and develop workgroups, and uphold safety, productivity and accuracy standards across the operation. You will lead by example, foster teamwork, ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency, communication, and customer service.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent;

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent; preferred.
• Experience managing a team in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs/32 kgs.

• Supervise package handlers and train teams on safety, productivity, and attendance.
• Ensure output, accuracy, and efficiency while maintaining safety policies.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment and drive proactive communication.
• Implement personal development plans and provide coaching.
• Ensure orientation and ongoing safety training for all department staff.
• Promote compliance with OSHA and company policies.
