Job summary

Core & Main LP is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee designated areas of the warehouse, ensure SOP adherence, and supervise staff to meet department goals. The role involves driving safety programs, managing expenses, and performing managerial duties as assigned.

This position may require use of company or personal vehicle and a MVR check. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of related experience and may hold an Associates degree or technical certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading teams and training staff to meet department goals.
• Strong understanding of safety programs and workplace safety requirements.
• Ability to enforce personnel policies and company SOPs.
• Familiarity with asset protection, hazmat principles, and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Trains staff to ensure attainment of department performance goals.
• Manages and ensures successful achievement of performance goals of assigned functional areas.
• Controls warehouse expenses.
• Ensures compliance with all personnel policies.
• Ensures a safe working environment for all associates including safety surveys and promoting safety programs.
• Enforces Asset Protection and Hazmat programs.
• Opens and closes the distribution center, authorizes refunds, and handles customer problems.
• May act as manager and perform other duties as assigned.
