Job summary

Goodfellow Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Manager in El Mirage, AZ to oversee safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations. You will lead receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory handling while coordinating with departments to meet customer commitments.

The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse leadership, ERP/MRP familiarity, and strong communication. Expect a full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced environment with focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of progressive warehouse experience including shipping, receiving, inventory, and supervision.
• Ability to lead employees, organize daily work, and improve processes and safety.
• Working knowledge of inventory control, cycle counts, material handling, order fulfillment, and warehouse equipment.
• Experience with ERP or MRP systems and standard Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong communication, planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety by prioritizing daily planning, staffing, and safe material movement.
• Model and enforce safety requirements including forklift operation and PPE.
• Conduct daily safety discussions and rectify unsafe conditions.
• Ensure training and authorized equipment operation for staff.
• Partner with GM and Safety team on inspections and corrective actions.
• Lead the warehouse team with clear expectations and daily direction.
• Plan staffing to support receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery.
• Hire, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate employees; address issues.
• Hold regular team meetings to review priorities and workload.
• Build a accountable, solution-focused culture.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, labeling, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and customer pickup.
• Establish workflows and storage standards for safe, accurate operations.
• Prioritize emergency, machine-down, and production orders as needed.
• Coordinate outbound deliveries and ensure orders are complete and on time.
• Maintain orderly warehouses and related areas.
• Work with Inventory Control to keep on-hand balances accurate.
• Complete cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure transactions are captured accurately.
• Monitor damaged or obsolete material and escalate issues.
• Maintain secure storage and access controls.
