Job summary

Molex in Hudson, WI is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations that ensure safe, efficient inventory management of raw materials and spare parts, supporting reliability and product quality across the business.

You will hire and develop a high‑performing team, supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, movement and shipping, and continuously improve processes with SAP or similar ERP systems while maintaining accurate inventory and working with operations to meet demand.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse employees.
• 3+ years of experience within a warehouse environment.
• Experience and familiarity with Lean principles and 6S.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach warehouse employees daily.
• Hire, onboard, and build a high-performing warehouse team.
• Oversee receiving, storage, staging, picking, packing, material movement, and shipping.
• Define, manage, and continuously improve warehouse processes for timely materials availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
• Partner with reliability and operations teams to maintain inventory levels using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements for safety, compliance, efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage warehouse-related costs and help optimize inventory, storage, and supplier performance.
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations including forklift operation when needed.
• Support outages, shutdowns, and other business-critical events that may require extended hours or weekend coverage.
