Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher with relevant coursework.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience with MRP systems.
• 2+ years management/leadership experience in a warehouse.
• Lean/Continuous Improvement experience or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Maximize warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Direct shipments and resolve logistical challenges with stakeholders.
• Lead Kaizen initiatives and 5 WHY/FAST problem solving.
• Establish standard work and inventory controls across the team.
• Audit inventory, set shift goals, and communicate results.
