MAAG Gala Inc. in Eagle Rock, VA is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, drive inventory accuracy, and optimize shipping workflows.

You will set productivity goals, organize systems, and foster communication across teams to achieve delivery reliability. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement through 5S and kaizen culture.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of MRP systems.
• 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2 years' experience with inventory management and transactions.
• Minimum of 2 years management/leadership experience within or beyond manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse and team operate at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as the goal.
• Direct shipments and resolve logistical challenges through coordination with clients, sales, transport, and suppliers.
• Initiates problem solving methodologies like 5 WHY and FAST on recurring issues.
• Promotes Daily Kaizen activity among team members.
• Drive daily engagement and accountability for results in Tier meetings; escalate opportunities timely.
