Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, material handling, or operations experience.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems; Acumatica or Salesforce is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take ownership of warehouse and facility operations.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and compliance practices preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000, pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, staging, storage, and preparation of products and materials for installation projects.
• Supervise, train, and support warehouse associates.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct monthly cycle counts.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and job-site material drop-offs.
• Manage vendor relationships, purchasing needs, and material sourcing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and facility.
• Conduct safety walks, equipment checks, and vehicle inspections.
• Partner with installation teams to resolve product and material issues and keep projects moving.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory flow, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
