Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for Waipahu, HI to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee a team, and ensure safe receiving, storage and distribution. The role drives SOPs, training, and performance reviews while aligning with Safety and Branch teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in leadership, strong inventory controls, and experience with Oracle WM/ERP to support continuous improvement and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in a leadership role.
• In-depth understanding of receiving / inventory management, fulfillment warehousing work group dynamics, best practices and measurement systems (metrics).
• Experience in process improvement techniques and leveraging systems technologies.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and certify all new hires on warehouse operations policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership, support, mentoring, and performance management for the Warehouse Operations Team.
• Attend and lead Branch and cross-functional meetings and drives.
• Drive advancement in standard operating procedures and standardize training across locations.
• Manage special projects and ensure adherence to Warehouse Operations Standards.
