Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Hawaii (Waipahu) to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team of specialists, and optimize receiving, storage, and distribution. You will drive inventory accuracy, SOP upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record in building teams, and hands-on process improvement in a warehouse setting, with a focus on safety and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with warehouse operations responsibility.
• Experience with receiving, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
• Proven ability to improve business processes and use available systems tech.
• Strong team-building, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Proactive problem solving in high‑intensity environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to plan for growth and efficiency.
• Hire, train, and certify new warehouse staff.
• Lead regular meetings and drive team performance reviews.
• Mentor and develop the warehouse operations team.
• Advance SOPs and standardize practices across locations.
• Execute special projects to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Implement warehouse design to maximize space and labor.
• Drive inventory accuracy and safety adherence with stakeholders.
