Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Redlands, CA. You will lead a team of warehouse specialists, drive process improvements, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while achieving KPI targets.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with Oracle WM/ERP exposure are a plus and will contribute to continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in receiving/inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Track record of building and managing strong teams.
• Hands-on, data-driven manager able to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to create strategic plans for growth and efficiency.
• Hire, train, and certify new hires on warehouse policies.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly meetings and drive performance reviews.
• Provide leadership and coaching to develop a skilled operations team.
• Standardize procedures across locations and drive SOP improvements.
• Improve inventory accuracy and space optimization through best practices.
• Coordinate safety training and regulatory compliance with Safety.
• Report to management on operating plans and KPI progress.
