UNIS is seeking an Operations Manager in Riverside, CA to lead warehouse operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive excellence across safety, productivity, and customer service. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in warehouse/3PL roles with 2+ years in supervision, along with strong leadership and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or 3PL experience.
• At least 2 years in a management role leading supervisors and frontline teams.
• Experience managing warehouse operations, labor planning, inventory control, productivity, and customer service performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, value-added services, order fulfillment, and shipping to meet service, productivity, and quality goals.
• Coach and develop supervisors, leads, and associates; foster a culture of safety, accountability and excellence.
• Monitor performance metrics, labor utilization, and customer service levels; implement proactive solutions to improve efficiency and results.
• Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to address challenges, support growth, and maintain strong service performance.
• Oversee workforce planning and labor management to optimize productivity while controlling costs.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance safety, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse performance.
