Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fleet management and DOT regulations experience required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing a warehouse.
• Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of personnel and clients.
• Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise warehouse and moving crews; set expectations and provide feedback.
• Manage inventory condition and security; storage, handling, disposal, transfer, and repair.
• Inspect warehouse and inventory condition.
• Oversee warehouse organization and special projects.
• Monitor productivity and performance of team members.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and security of the warehouse.
• Enforce safety standards per OSHA and DOT in all areas.
• Coordinate with sales and clients for scheduling jobs.
• Work with Director of Operations to control labor, inventory, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing and shipping requirements.
