Job summary

CLEAN USA is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our warehouse, fleet, and field crews. You’ll own daily operations, ensure safety, maintain equipment, and keep production running smoothly to serve homeowners and businesses.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership, operations, or production management.
• Background in water mitigation, mold remediation, or fire restoration is a plus.
• Strong warehouse, equipment maintenance, and inventory management understanding.
• Ability to train, coach, and hold technicians to standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the warehouse, fleet, equipment, and technician performance.
• Create and maintain S.O.P.s for warehouse and technicians.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, scheduling and records.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure proper inspection.
• Train new technicians and track performance through 90 days.
• Lead mornings meetings and communicate changes and improvements.
• Monitor field operations, after-hours calls, and safety practices.
• Protect job profitability across all production activities.
