Job summary

Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc. seeks a Warehouse & Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, fleet, and inventory to ensure materials, vehicles, and equipment are properly maintained and available to support field operations.

Responsible for shipping, receiving, staging, and delivery of materials for field operations and coordinating vehicle maintenance and PPE distribution. The role requires safeguarding warehouse safety and accuracy of records, with duties including

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Clean driving record.
• Current driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of warehouse, fleet, and inventory to support field operations.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, staging, and delivery of materials.
• Ensure warehouse safety, security, cleanliness, and proper storage of materials and records.
• Manage inventory, track incoming/outgoing materials, and coordinate annual counts.
• Coordinate vehicle replacements, repairs, and fleet-related requests.
• Maintain PPE and field-worker apparel purchasing and distribution.
• Archive admin records per retention policy and support events and admin needs.
