Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations to oversee daily warehouse activities, lead a team, and ensure top-tier service and efficiency. The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication with customers and carriers, and proficiency with warehouse systems.

You will manage orders, receipts, and inventory, perform cycle counts, and help implement SOPs to improve performance while focusing on safety and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field with 2–5 years in transportation or warehousing.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience; 2–5 years preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Strong communication with customers and carriers.
• Knowledge of safety, quality policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned Estes Forwarding Worldwide team.
• Lead, direct, and manage operations to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers and carriers to coordinate deliveries and shipments.
• Interface with warehouse team to ensure accurate processing of orders and receipts.
• Operate Warehouse Management System for receipts, shipments, and transfers.
• Conduct cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Implement and improve warehousing SOPs and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement with site managers and regular updates.
