Job summary

Hilldrup is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Duncan, SC to lead daily operations, oversee inventory, shipping, and fulfillment, and drive continuous improvement. You will mentor staff, ensure safety compliance, and partner with logistics vendors to meet customer deadlines.

You will manage ERP/WMS systems, track performance metrics, and optimize workflows while maintaining high accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience.
• Proven ability to train and mentor warehouse staff.
• Strong inventory management and control expertise.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
• Solid understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Experience with process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Safety awareness and compliance with regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners.
• Forklift operation knowledge (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff for high performance and safety.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure safety regulations and best practices are followed.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and carriers for seamless transportation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and WMS.
• Analyze metrics to identify improvements and implement solutions.
• Plan staffing, equipment, and storage space to meet goals.
• Oversee shipping docs, packaging, and labeling for timely deliveries.
• Resolve operational problems and coordinate with other departments.
