Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfilment.
• Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff for high performance and safety compliance.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
• Monitor safety regulations and best practices in materials handling.
• Coordinate with 3PLs and carriers for seamless transportation and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP and WMS.
• Analyze metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Plan staffing, equipment, and storage space to meet goals.
