You will manage paperwork, scheduling, and adherence to safety procedures while operating forklifts and related equipment. Must lift 50–100 lbs; team lifts up to 400 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, established university.
• 2–4 years warehouse experience.
• 6–12 months forklift experience.
• 1–2 years moving/storage/logistics industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan work schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure on-time project completion.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations to meet workload and client demands.
• Lead warehouse staff and manage operational paperwork and records.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using systems to track inbound/outbound goods.
• Supervise use of forklifts and pallet wrapping machines; ensure equipment upkeep.
• Maintain safety, alarms, pest control, sprinklers, and general facility maintenance.
• Promote safety protocols and keep claims low by proper handling procedures.
