Job summary

Subaru of America is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse activity, drive customer order fulfillment, and oversee safety, quality, and efficiency. You will mentor staff and implement process improvements to maximize performance and profitability.

You will manage budgets, resources, and cross-functional collaboration with RDC, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company policies while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6-8 years of warehouse/ distribution experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate warehouse team to meet KPIs.
• Ensure workflow, staffing and space planning meet quality standards.
