Job summary

Subaru in Oregon is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to assist the RDC Warehouse Manager, developing daily outbound workload and allocating resources. This hands-on role partners with transportation carriers to ensure on-time deliveries and timely pickups, while coaching and supporting fellow warehouse staff.

You will train associates, monitor workflow, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma. 2-4 years of related experience.
• Warehouse experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Warehouse Associates and warehouse activities.
• Train Warehouse Associates and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
• Assist Manager to examine methods, identify improvements, and implement changes.
• Work with Warehouse Supervisor to meet daily objectives and timelines.
• Assist in workload planning and partner with RDC leadership to achieve daily goals.
