Subaru of America seeks a Lead Warehouse Associate to support the RDC Warehouse Manager with daily workload planning and rotate across outbound, inbound and returns. This hands-on role requires leadership, analysis, and the ability to coach a team in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate activities, ensure safety and quality, and work with transportation to maintain on-time deliveries. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2-4 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Flexible work schedule and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RDC Warehouse Manager with daily workload and resource planning.
• Lead rotating role across outbound, inbound, and returns.
• Coach, assist, and motivate warehouse associates.
• Coordinate warehouse activities and train staff.
• Ensure safety, quality and RDC process compliance.
• Maintain daily time and attendance for payroll.
• Monitor outbound orders and packaging quality.
