Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in the Atlanta/College Park, GA area. You will supervise staff, coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, maintain inventory controls, and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires 5+ years of supervision in a heavy-duty parts environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Karmak/Fusion inventory software. Heavy parts handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse supervision experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in inventory software Karmak/Fusion and basic computer applications.
• Working knowledge of inventory control systems and logistics software.
• Strong understanding of OSHA standards and workplace safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manages the overall daily activities of the warehouse including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate warehouse employees to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety and productivity standards.
• Maintains inventory control procedures through cycle counts, and proper documentation of bin locations and quantity verifications
• Coordinates inbound and outbound logistics with carriers and internal departments.
• Enforces safety procedures and conducts regular inspections, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Monitors KPIs and warehouse metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
