Job summary

KeHE Distributors, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a multi-department DC in Illinois. This full-time role runs the 5:00 AM–1:00 PM shift and focuses on meeting performance targets, safety, and operational excellence.

You will supervise warehouse supervisors and teams across shifts, champion lean initiatives, ensure accuracy and cleanliness, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize throughput and costs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; higher degree may be considered in lieu of some experience.
• 3–5 years in warehouse ops, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; proven leadership success.
• Experience with LEAN or CI methodologies.
• Proficiency with WMS and other operational software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse supervisors and associates across shifts.
• Drive safety programs and ensure compliance; promote a safety-first culture.
• Oversee multiple warehouse functions; balance productivity with quality and cost.
• Lead LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve throughput.
• Set goals, track KPIs, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
