Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee multiple departments within a single DC, driving safety, efficiency, and cost-effective operations. You will lead a multi-shift team, implement LEAN initiatives, and ensure adherence to safety standards while maintaining high quality and accuracy across all warehouse functions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with LEAN or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other operational software.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or similar qualification (preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse supervisors and associates across multiple shifts.
• Oversee safety programs, audits, and training to maintain a zero- injury environment.
• Drive LEAN and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement long-term strategies for safety, accuracy, and cost control.
• Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and uphold high standards of productivity and cleanliness.
