Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in warehousing and logistics management and supervision.
• Strong planning, staffing, budgeting, organizing, and communicating skills.
• Ability to lead and build effective relationships toward profitability.
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to manage all levels of personnel.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Must pass forklift written and hands-on tests if required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute warehouse systems and procedures for profitable operations.
• Direct and implement warehouse and administrative support to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and labor laws.
• Develop staff through hiring, training, and development programs.
• Maintain KPIs and customer service standards across accounts.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with customer representatives.
• Assist in annual operating budget development and review.
