• Manage delivery routes, drivers, and the fleet, including route planning and DOT compliance where applicable.
• Own next-business-day delivery and order accuracy performance and resolve customer service issues promptly.
• Partner with sales, purchasing, and other branches to align warehouse capacity with customer needs.
• Maintain the facility, equipment, and housekeeping standards.
• Review and analyze key performance metrics and develop action plans for operational excellence.
• Demonstrate budgeting understanding for warehouse, personnel, and equipment needs.
