Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Colorado is seeking a warehouse supervisor for a temporary, term-limited role to lead daily warehouse operations and a team. You will drive process improvements, ensure accuracy and safety, and manage performance through coaching and evaluations.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, use of WMS, and coordination with 3PL best practices. Eligible candidates should have 3+ years in warehousing and at least 1 year in supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 2 or more years in a supervisory role.
• At least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure full and efficient operation of your assigned area.
• Supervise and develop the performance of your team through training, coaching, and motivation.
• Support automation technology processes in the warehouse.
• Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe and valued.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members.
• Implement strategies to ensure high quality work, optimize warehouse efficiency and meet KPIs.
• Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
• Ensure shipments are accurate and damage-free, and records are completed on time.
• Help maintain inventory integrity and security; implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed.
