Kuehne+Nagel is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the weekend night shift in Brownsburg, IN. You will lead a team in end-to-end warehouse operations and drive KPIs for accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Fridays to Sundays, 12 AM to 12:30 PM, with potential overtime. You’ll develop staff, optimize processes, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining a safe, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in warehouse operations.
• 2+ years in supervisory role.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Forklift experience (sit-down/reach) a plus.

As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres. For example, storing and delivering delicate flowers and fresh ingredients to local stores for everyday lunches and family celebrations. In this role, you will lead a team and have general responsibility for coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Your typical shift will be Friday - Sunday, 12 AM - 12:30 PM. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customers.

• Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
• Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
• Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time
• Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed

What we would like you to bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
• 2 or more years in a supervisory role
• Minimum one year of experience operating sit-down and reach forklifts is a plus
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
