You will report to the General Manager and balance strategic oversight with hands-on supervision to achieve daily goals and safe, efficient processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in warehouse management, with Lean experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
5+ years of warehouse management experience.
Lean/six-sigma or process-improvement background preferred.
Experience with ERP systems, especially Oracle EBS.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, storage and distribution.
Supervise shipping/receiving functions and ensure timely processing of inbound/outbound shipments.
Monitor and record shipments, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Lead process improvements and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and cost savings.
Manage staff performance, training, and cross‑functional collaboration with production.
