Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of management in a warehouse setting.
• Experience in fast-paced, high mix/moderate volume environment.
• Lean/process improvement and change management experience.
• Experience with warehouse automation systems preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross‑department collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, storage and distribution.
• Supervise shipping/receiving functions and ensure timely inbound/outbound processing.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate records.
• Implement quality control for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Develop strategies to optimize warehouse layout and inventory.
• Lead a two‑shift team and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
