IMI plc is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead two shifts in University Park, IL, overseeing shipping, receiving, and inventory management while guiding continuous improvements and ensuring operational excellence across the warehouse.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 5+ years of warehouse leadership, and strong ERP/warehouse system knowledge. This onsite position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in management within a warehouse setting.
• Experience in a fast paced, high mix/moderate volume environment preferred.
• Lean operations background desired.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Manage and supervise the shipping and receiving functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Track, coordinate, and ensure efficient handling of all shipments and deliveries, maintaining accurate records.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing goods.
• Manage the warehouse staff, ensuring effective operation, employee performance, and development, including training in shipping and receiving protocols.
