Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager to establish procedures, hire and train staff, and oversee the facility's daily operations. You will manage shipments, equipment, safety compliance and coordination with production, sales and purchasing.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least two years in warehouse work, leadership experience, forklift operation, and a valid US driver’s license; Spanish is a valued extra.

• Two years of warehouse work experience is required.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Forklift operation is required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies shipments and maintains current warehouse inventory.
• Inspects warehouse, equipment and vehicles; plans repairs.
• Directs safety plans and DOT/OSHA compliance with leaders.
• Provides back-up to drivers and supports team management.
