Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• 1 year or more in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet company standards and customer service specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift performance.
• Drive health & safety initiatives and adherence to company rules and policies.
• Provide orientation and guidance to employees and Lead Hands to perform their jobs.
