Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Oklahoma City, OK team. This role leads the warehouse, ensuring safe operations, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient inventory management.

You’ll hire and train staff while upholding safety, security, and productivity standards. Key duties include supervising warehouse teams, optimizing flow, managing annual counts, and collaborating with branch leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Warehouse leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass a pre-employment and annual review of the Motor Vehicle Record
• Must obtain verification of non-expired medical certificate as required by law within 60 days of hire
• Must not have had a suspended driver's license for a traffic accident/violation within the past 3 years
• Must not have any at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture focused on employee safety and safe work environment
• Follow SOPs and safety rules and address safety concerns
• Provide leadership through supervision of warehouse employees to achieve accuracy and productivity
• Manage inventory to improve warehouse flow and accuracy of receiving and order filling
• Manage annual physical inventory counting
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment and warehouse security
• Evaluate policies to improve efficiency and make recommendations
• Serve as primary contact between warehouse and other managers
• Communicate with customers and company personnel to resolve issues and expedite deliveries
• Evaluate shipping via common carriers; perform cost analyses and negotiate pricing
• Assist Branch Manager with warehouse budget and control expenditures
• Negotiate pricing for warehouse equipment and packing supplies
• Possibly participate in seminars/trainings
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
