Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Distribution, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of professional experience managing in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Warehouse Department to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with shipping, receiving, customer service, and purchasing to ensure timely product shipments.
• Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and adjustments to lot numbers, locations, and physical counts.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, schedule shifts, and assign tasks.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Ensure safety and SQF compliance throughout warehouse operations.
