Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day task leadership for associates on shift and coach in real time.
• Monitor workloads and progress to meet deadlines, productivity, and quality standards.
• Identify delays or issues and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules.
• Perform quality assurance and inventory integrity tasks including cycle counts and audits.
• Manage exceptions such as damages, stray items, and hazardous material handling.
• Ensure inbound and outbound inventory accuracy and support continuous improvement.
