Job summary

Processors Choice in Moody, AL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, store, and distribute material, tools, and products across our facility. You will read picking lists, verify counts, and prepare items for shipment.

You will handle receiving, inventory control, QA checks, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and sanitation per SQF standards. Forklift experience and the ability to work with a team are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Reads picking list to identify material to be picked and reviews special instructions.
• Retrieves items from inventory and moves material to predetermined dock location.
• Alerts Supervisor or Customer Service of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Inspects all incoming trailers for cleanliness and seal if required.
• Compares physical count of product being received with purchase order.
• Records items, lot #'s, quantity in the receiving process, confirms allergen status and labels all material accordingly.
• Transports materials and items received and places into designated areas noting physical location during the process.
• Signs and dates receiving report.
• Promotes safety and sanitation per SQF standards.
