• Maintain compliance with warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel; conduct regular performance feedback.
• Enforce safety regulations and proper use of warehouse equipment.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance throughput and space utilization.
