Job summary

Arcadia Stones seeks a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee a small, high-velocity inventory hub. You will manage storage, sampling, and merchandise requests for sales teams and partners while leading safety implementation and OSHA-compliant processes.

You will also supervise warehousing staff, coordinate with operations, and optimize material handling in a dynamic environment to support rapid growth and reliable fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
• Experience with building materials, heavy goods, or sample programs is a plus.
• Proficient in ERP/WMS and MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of DOT regulations a plus.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and operate standard warehouse machinery; forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize warehouse layout for safety, organization, and efficiency.
• Manage receiving, storage, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy; maintain safety compliance (OSHA).
• Process daily requests for samples, marketing collateral, and merchandise for sales and partners.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) and propose workflow improvements to scale operations.
