Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in transportation, warehouse, or distribution preferred.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Coordinate with Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer service specs.
• Establish work schedules and procedures for optimal shift logistics.
• Maintain site KPI performance and safety policies.
• Provide coaching and development to staff and lead Hands.
