Job summary

Buckhead & Newport Meat and Seafood is seeking a Warehouse Manager in the United States to oversee safe receipt, storage, and timely dispatch of goods. You’ll manage inventory, security, and stock integrity while ensuring productivity targets are met using computerized and automated systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 2–5 years in supply chain/warehouse management.
• Proficiency with warehouse management platforms and inventory systems.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required/preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily processing of all POs to ensure flow through Admin/Back Office systems to Order Close.
• Ensure products are warehoused and dispatched to picking line within time frame.
• Ensure daily warehouse order processing and pick tickets are shipped.
• Oversee receiving, inventory control, and returns; monitor Direct/True Bins for accurate inventory.
• Assist with expediting customer service orders and monitoring orders/inventory.
• Input data, provide training, supervise staff, oversee workflow, resolve problems.
• Assist Customer Service Manager in resolving shipment or returns issues.
• Enforce proper use and maintenance of Instawarehouse equipment.
