Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Denton, TX to oversee all warehouse functions and maximize efficiency. You will lead, mentor, and collaborate across departments to ensure accurate inventory, timely receipts, and cycle counting.

Strong SAP/ERP usage and safety focus are essential. The role requires 3+ years in warehousing, leadership experience, and the ability to train staff while driving improvements in process and cost control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ related warehouse experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for inventory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience operating forklifts/electrical equipment preferred.
• Proven leadership and staff development experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, put-aways, and order pulling tasks.
• Operate forklift and warehouse equipment as needed.
• Coordinate transfers between warehouses and inventory transactions.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Mentor staff and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Track performance metrics and staff interviewing.
• Partner with other departments to ensure smooth material flow.
