Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Sr. Manager, Warehouse to drive a safety-first, cost-conscious warehouse culture and to develop warehouse managers. You will oversee receiving, storage, and outbound loading, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and security across the facility.

The role requires at least five years of warehouse supervision, strong leadership, and knowledge of OSHA/HACCP requirements. Travel 10% and collaboration with HR and operations leaders are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in warehouse supervision.

Responsibilities

• Achieve safety, service, and cost targets in the warehouse.
• Oversee and develop Warehouse Managers through coaching and policy training.
• Oversee and develop all warehouse associates and drive engagement and retention.
• Create a cohesive organization with open communication for efficient workflow.
• Build high-performing teams through staffing, training, and performance reviews.
• Develop production flow processes and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Identify and stop waste and improve processes for safety and efficiency.
• Approve daily load plans ensuring timelines and weight restrictions.
• Monitor inventory, safety, and performance data; drive improvements.
• Ensure product integrity and compliance with food safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment per OSHA requirements.
