• Oversee daily PO and PO processing to ensure flow to Order Close.
• Ensure inventory is warehoused and dispatched within prescribed timeframes.
• Manage receiving, inventory control and returns.
• Train staff and supervise workflow; resolve problems.
• Resolve shipment and returns issues with Customer Service.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safe operations.
