Job summary

DPR Construction's OES Equipment division seeks an Associate Manager - Warehouse to oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment. You will provide hands-on leadership to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency, and partner with internal teams to maintain performance.

The role requires 4–6 years in warehousing, 1–3 years in a supervisory capacity, a high school diploma, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• 1–3 years of experience in a lead or supervisory capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment activities.
• Provides day-to-day guidance and support to warehouse staff to promote productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Reinforces inventory control activities, including cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, stock maintenance and organization.
• Oversees day-to-day order verification activities including review of picked materials, documentation, and shipment readiness.
• Coordinates daily shipping activities, including loading and securing trucks, to ensure safe handling and timely outbound deliveries.
