Job summary

Edward Don & Company in Holliston, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, stock, prep and ship merchandise. Shift is Mon-Thu 2:00pm-12:00am with possible OT; pay starts at $22.26+ per hour. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and Voice to Pick/RF systems while handling 40–60 lb loads and ensuring accurate quantities for shipments.

The role requires warehouse experience and familiarity with SAP is a plus; casual exposure to cold environments and a full-time schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate forklift, pallet jack and cherry picker.
• Able to lift 40–60 pounds repeatedly per shift.
• Experience with Voice to Pick or RF systems.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select/pick merchandise from assigned slot and confirm the correct quantity and unit of measure.
• Load merchandise into appropriate truck.
• Drop merchandise for "reserve" to "pick" slots.
• Prepare VIA merchandise for shipment on freight lines.
• Repack loose merchandise for shipping/delivery.
• Verify quality of product, packaging and adherence to vendor compliance policy.
• Adhere to Warehouse Labor Standard, “Preferred Method Standard”.
• Identify and report slot and put-away problems.
• Shrink wrap merchandise/pallets after picking as needed.
• Performs housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
