Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a Yard Supervisor to oversee inbound and outbound operations, labor scheduling, and product slotting. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, you will supervise warehouse staff and coordinate with client teams to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires 3 years in logistics with at least 1 year in supervision, plus forklift training when available.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or a relevant environment.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Forklift training completion preferred or certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, outbound, and storage operations to meet service and cost goals.
• Plan daily work, assign duties, and manage labor to optimize productivity.
• Provide staff training, conduct performance evaluations, and address issues.
